Workspace
A project or department
- Multiple per organization
- Contains documents and contacts
- Has its own templates and tags
- Separate API tokens
- Isolated data

Team members are invited at the organization level, then given access to specific workspaces.

A marketing agency called “Creative Co” might set up sajn like this: Organization: Creative Co- Workspace: Client A — contracts and NDAs for Client A
- Workspace: Client B — agreements for Client B
- Workspace: Internal — employee contracts and policies
Example: Growing Startup
A startup might start simple and grow:- Day 1: One organization, one workspace (default)
- Month 6: Add a “Sales” workspace for customer contracts
- Year 1: Add “HR” workspace for employee documents
