Send a reminder to a party

Send a manual reminder email to a specific party who has not yet signed.

Prerequisites:

• Document must be in PENDING status
• Party must have a delivery method other than NONE
• Party must have an email address and must have already been sent the document
• Party must not have already signed or rejected the document
• Document must not have expired

Rate limiting: Only one reminder can be sent to a given party per 24 hours.
